The Cultural & Creative Industries Business Development Fund, administered by the Grenada Development Bank, was developed in response to the challenges that practitioners in the cultural and creative sectors face in accessing traditional financing.
The fund supports the growth and viability of creative enterprises by offering three financing solutions: Low Interest Loans, Grants and Business Support Vouchers.

Creative businesses can access low interest loans up to $50,000 to support business development in 7 key areas:
Promotion of exports, and trade facilitation.
Projects supporting the enhancement of technical skills, including planning, strategy and acquiring specialized knowledge and expertise.
Initiatives aimed at improving/acquiring capital assets, including equipment and associated infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate growth.
Assistance in leveraging digital technologies to transform business models and generate new sources of revenue and income.
Support in the development and launch of new products and services as well as revitalisation of existing offerings.
Assistance with research endeavors focused on the creation of innovative products, and services, and the exploration of market expansion and export opportunities.
Innovative concepts, showing local and export market viability and employment opportunities.
The grant programme of the Cultural & Creative Industries Business Development Fund supports nonprofit, community-based, cultural, and philanthropic entities and initiatives.
These funds are dedicated solely to empowering projects that prioritize creativity and cultural enrichment.
Grants up to $25,000 are available for the following types of initiatives:
Planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and public showcases that promote the creative and cultural richness of Grenada.
Training programmes, workshops, and skill development initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of individuals and organizations in the creative industry.
Initiatives aimed at improving/acquiring capital assets, including creative tools/equipment and associated infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate growth.
Access to technology and digital tools that leverage digital resources for artistic purposes.
Business Support Vouchers of up to $5,000 can be utilized in the following areas
The business support voucher programme was thoughtfully structured to deliver strategic support to micro-enterprises.
Micro-businesses are a substantial driving force behind the creative sector and this programme equips micro-businesses and start-ups with the necessary resources to enhance their operations and marketing capabilities to achieve sustainable growth.
Including social media advertising and optimization, content strategy development, and email marketing setup.
Covering logo design/refinement, business cards, feather banners, flyers, brochures, and posters.
Offering basic website design and website optimization.
Providing support for product photography and videography.
Areas such as software development, digital tools adoption, and technology enhancements.
Specifically for fostering innovation and concept development, seed funding vouchers will empower creative individuals and organizations to bring new prototypes and concepts to life. More specifically, the funds for Seed Funding would be utilised for:
