Through the Concessions for Creatives initiative, eligible practitioners and organizations within the creative economy and registered with Grenada Office of Creative Affairs can apply for 100% concessions on Common External Tariff (CET) and Value Added Tax (VAT) on equipment and tools of trade.
According to S.R.&O. 11 of 2023 Customs (Duties Exemptions) Order and S.R. &O. 13 of 2023 Value Added Tax (Amendment of Third and Fourth Schedules) (No. 2) Order, the eligible practitioners and organizations are those business sectors whose goods and services are based on intellectual property and includes creative industries such as advertising, architecture, art, crafts, design, fashion, film, games and toys, music, publishing, research and development, software, television and radio, videogames, and visual and performing arts.
